谬误研究的新修辞学视角

摘    要:1970年之后对汉布林批评的回应,催生了丰富多彩的谬误理论。新修辞学追随佩雷尔曼,不仅重新赋予修辞学严肃的使命,与不顾真理,唯求说服的旧修辞学划清界限,而且区分了研究论辩和谬误的三个视角:逻辑、辩证法和修辞学,主张以论辩过程为对象,以听众为核心构建谬误理论。谬误是似乎说服了但其实并没有说服一个普遍听众的论证。它只不过说服了一个特殊听众。

Abstract:The response to Hambling criticism after 1970 bring about various tallacy theory, New rhetonc lollowed Perelman, giving the rhetoric to serious mission, and distinguishing new rhetoric from old rhetoric that disregard truth and only pursue persuasion. New rhetoric have distinguished among three distinct perspectives: Logic , Dialectics, and Rhetoric. New rhetoric regard argumentation process as objective of study, audiences as center, construcfing fallacy theory. A fallacious argument is one that seems to persuade a universal audience, but does not. Instead, it persuades only a particular audience.
