摘    要:“三语”教学自1997年在阿克塞哈萨克族自治县实施以来,取得了一定的成就,但同时也陷入了困境,现代教育体制狭隘功利主义教育观是导致这一困境最主要的因素。

Abstract:Since "Three Languages Teaching" program was implemented in 1997 in the Kazak Autonomous County, some achievements have been made, hut at the same time, it is also put into predicament. The narrow concept of utilitarian education under modem education system is mainly responsible for this consequence.
