| 摘 要： | 民国时期，阎锡山“保境安民”的措施为山西赢得了一个较为良好的发展环境。阎锡山政权非常注重图书出版物的宣传功能，其党政部门和社会团体出版了许多党政军类书籍。特殊的政权环境会造就怎样的图书风貌，本文试对这一问题进行回答。
