浙江省农村社区（土地）股份合作制改革的特点、模式及趋势分析

本文在广泛调查和数据处理的基础上，总结了浙江省农村社区（土地）股份合作制改革的特点，分析了改革的主要形式和适用范围，探讨了改革总体发展态势，认为社区（土地）股份合作制改革将在发达地区快速推进、欠发达地区也会逐步展开；土地股份合作将促进高新技术农业及生态农业园区快速发展；经营性资产与资源性资产将一起量化；实施分区规划，提高土地利用效率；股份合作社将逐步向股份公司形式转变。

Analysis on Characteristics,Models and Dynamic Tendencies of Reform of Rural Communal （Land） Shareholding Cooperative System of Zhejiang Province

Based on many investigations and data processing,this paper summarizes the basic charac- teristics,analyzes the main forms and applied scope in the reform of rural communal （land） shareholding cooperative system of Zhejiang province and explores the current dynamic tendencies of this reform. This paper points out that the reform of rural communal （land） shareholding cooperative system will develop quickly in developed areas and gradually unfold in less developed areas, land shareholding cooperation will promote the development of high-tech agriculture and ecological agricultural zones quickly, the land will be used effectively by dividing divisions, and communal（land） shareholding cooperatives will trans- form towards shareholding companies.
