| 摘 要： | 创新是知识经济发展的核心，创新能力是21世纪合格人才的重要因素。高等教育的重要任务是培养具有创新精神、创新能力的高素质专门人才，先进的教育思想观念又是培养大学生创新能力的关键所在。高校大学生创新能力的缺失的表现，从目前大学生创新能力培养的反思入手，提出了以人的全面发展和社会对人才的需求为导向，促进大学生创新能力培养的系列对策措施。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the core of knowledge-based economy, and innovative ability is an important factor of qualified talents in the 21^st century. The primary task of higher education is to cultivate specialists with innovative ability and spirit. Advanced educational concept is a key factor of developing university students＇ innovative ability. From the point of view of introspection on cultivating students＇ innovative ability, this paper analyzes the reasons why university students lack innovative ability and provides a series of measures to promote the cultivation of it with the guidance of people＇s overall development and social demand. |
