摘    要:用数控铣床铣削平面内、外轮廓工件,如果立铣刀切入、切出工件时选择的加工工艺路线不恰当,就会在切入、切出点处产生明显的刀具刻痕,从而影响工件表面质量.本文介绍了用引入\引出线、引入\引出弧的方法来合理安排刀具切入、切出加工工艺路线以减少刀具刻痕产生的办法.

Abstract:When the NC nulling machine is used to mill workpiece' s inner or outer outline of the flat surface,the obvious cutting tool touch will be produced if the working technological route is seleted improperly as the millcuts in or out the workpiece. Thus the workpiece' s surfuce quality and working accuracy will be affected. In thisarticle, a way of entry/exit line ? entry/exit arc are introduced so as to arrange the cut in and cut out working techno-logical route properly.
