A Trial Discussion on the Control over the Administrative Powder

Administrative power is the one that covers the widest range and the most vulnerable of the public powers. Its existence has a dual effect, which can either enable the realization of the government function to become true or the other way around. In order to prevent the negative effect of the administrative power, it is imperative to exert control over it. The ways of exerting control a re: 1. define the range of the administrative power and put the government and s ociety into proper relationship; 2. make scientific and rational allotments of a dministrative power; 3. exert control over the process of exercising administrat ive power.
