| 摘 要： | 民营企业是福建经济发展的支柱，而融资是民营企业发展的关键。从福建民营企业融资的现状入手，分析民营企业融资在政府方面、企业自身和社会融资环境等方面存在的问题，并分别针对政府方面、企业自身和社会融资环境等方面，提出解决民营企业融资问题的建议。

| Abstract: | Private enterprises are the pillars of Fujian＇s economic development, and financing is the key to their development. The paper analyzes the status quo of the financing of private enterprises in Fujian, expounds the financing problems in the perspective of government, enterprises themselves and social environment, and accordingly proposes some respective solutions. |
