| 摘 要： | 主体性教育以培育和发展学生的主体性为己任，为创建优良学风提供了积极的内部因素。实施主体性教育，加强高校学风建设是一项系统工程，必须以深化教学改革、提高师资素质、强化德育功能、创新管理机制等四个方面为着力点。
