| 摘 要： | 本文在分析研究并借鉴了国外资产证券化的先进经验基础上,总结了国内的研究成果,结合我国国情,提出了实行房地产证券化的构想。主要旨在解决三方面的问题:我国实行房地产证券化的必要性和可行性;我国实行房地产证券化的运作模式;房地产证券化的难点与对策。

| Abstract: | The paper sums up the research findings in China on the basis of the analysis of foreign asset securitization and the borrowing of such advanced experience. In light of our situation, the paper proposes the idea of real estate securitization so as to solve the following three problems: the necessity and feasibility of our real estate securitization; the operational mode of our real estate securitization and the difficulty and countermeasures of our real estate securitization. |
