摘    要:教师的观念转变是新课程改革顺利进行的重要保证,然而,中国特定的教育传统、西方经典教育理论、教师自身教学经验及教师参与课程改革制定方案的力度不够等问题,在不同程度上成为教师观念转变的障碍因素。因此,在新课程实施的过程中,有关部门要注重加大教师参与课程研究的力度,教师通过积极参与各种培训活动,转变其原有观念,逐步树立新型教师观、新型学生观。

Abstract:The change of pedagogic conception is imperative to a successful educational reform. In modern China, inevitably there are different factors that hinder the change of pedagogic conception in their own ways, such as those Chinese traditional and western classical educational theories, the limitation of the teacher's own teaching experience and the teacher's inadequate engagement in instituting the reform plan. So it is put forward that concerned departments should offer the teacher with more opportunities to engage in curriculum research and related training activities to promote the change of pedagogic conception, and finally establish a new conception of students and their own identity.
