| 摘 要： | 报道了一种基于用溶胶凝胶法固定HRP的化学发光型H2 O2 传感器 ,此传感器用于流动注射化学发光分析体系 ,可实现对H2 O2 的在线检测 ,测定的线性范围为 10～ 2 0 0 0 μmol/L ,检测限为 1 2 μmol/L ,10次测定的RSD为 2 1%。

| Abstract: | In this paper,A chemiluminescence H 2O 2 sensor based on HRP immobilized by sol gel was proposed with the application of the sensor to flowing injection chemiluminescent system,H 2O 2 can be effectively determined with the linear range of its concentration in 10～2000μmol/L and detection limit at 1.2μmol/L.The sensor showed a good reproducibility of RSD of 2.1% and a long life time. |
