| 摘 要： | 产业经济学的经典理论“筱原基准”和“赫希曼基准”不适用于区域主导产业的选择,更不适用于经济欠发达地区。经济欠发达地区在选择当地主导产业时,面临着三个方面的现实约束。对此,经济欠发达地区应当调整当地主导产业选择的理论依据,理性选择当地的主导产业,树立科学的主攻方向和发展战略,以实现当地经济的早日起飞。

| Abstract: | The classic theories "xiaoyuan's standard criterion" and "Hirschman's standard criterion"of the industry economics are not well to used for the choice that district dominates Industry, say nothing of economic undeveloped region. There are three realistic stipulations in selecting the 1 eading industry for economic undeveloped region. To this, theories should be adjusted, the 1 eading industry must be chosen rationally and scientific developing target and tactics would be set up. Thus, undeveloped region can speed the economic development. |
