| 摘 要： | 学院教学管理是直接面向教学第一线的教学单位为实现培养目标而对教学工作进行的计划、组织、控制、协调的过程。在高等学校,学院教学管理是学校教学管理的前提和基础。基于此,上海理工大学光学与电子信息工程学院从提高教学管理队伍素质、建立教学管理规章制度、加强教学质量监控、深化教学改革等方面进行了有益的探索和实践。 |

| Abstract: | Teaching administration of College is a process that the first line teaching units directly plan organizing control and coordinate the teaching jobs in order to finish the teaching goals. College teaching administration is the premise and base of the university. Based on it, we explore positively in improving the quality of teaching administrators, in establishing teaching administration rules, and in strengthening teaching quality controls as well as in deepening teaching reforms. |
