| 摘 要： | 首先对目前我国电子政务信息资源建设存在的问题进行了详细分析，在对电子政务信息资源建设运用知识管理理论的必要性进行探讨的基础上，遵循知识管理的基本原理，从内容、技术、人员和环境建设四个方面提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly analyzed in detail the problems of China＇s E-government information resources construction and then discussed the necessity of applying the knowledge management theory in E-government information resources construction. Finally the corresponding countermeasure was put forward from four aspects （information content, technology, personnel,environment construction） according to the basic principle of knowledge management. |
