| 摘 要： | 2 1世纪将是知识经济全面到来并取得蓬勃发展的世纪 ,也是“以人为本”的世纪。本文从知识经济的本质特征、“以人为本”是知识经济的核心理念和战略、知识经济和“以人为本”的关系等三个方面进行了较为详尽的论述 ,目的是希望在新世纪中 ,在管理理念、管理方法和管理战略上实现“以人为本” ,最大限度地挖掘人的潜能 ,促进社会经济的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The 21st century will witness the booming of knowledge economy based on human values. This article expounds knowledge economy at the three views: 1) the essential characteristics of knowledge economy; 2) the central ideas and strategies of knowledge economy; 3) the relationship between knowledge economy and human centralization. It shows the author's wish that in the new century the people's foundation will truly be the foundation of the management ideas, management modes and management strategy in order to reach a maximum potentiality of the people and promote the development of social economy. |
