话语标记语与大学生英语写作质量

摘    要:为了提高学生的英语写作质量,采用实证和数据分析法,研究话语标记语与写作质量的关系。结果表明:高分组和低分组学生的作文在话语标记语的使用数量上没有明显区别,在种类数量和使用质量上有明显区别;话语标记语与英语写作质量存在明显相关性。分析显示:学生在使用话语标记语时遇到障碍的主要原因是母语负迁移和目标语输入足。

Abstract:In order to improve college students’English writing quality,empirical and datum analyses were made to study the relationship between discourse markers and English writing quality.Results show that there are significant differences in category numbers and quality of application in terms of discourse markers between the compositions of the higher-grade group and those of the lower-grade group,but not in the numbers of discourse markers;there is a significant correlation between discourse markers and English writing quality.Analyses show that negative transfer of mother tongue and insuffi-cient target language input are two major obstacles that students meet in the application of discourse markers.
