从教育行动研究看外语教师的专业发展

摘    要:教育行动研究是在行动研究的应用基础上产生的,是一个"行动"与"研究"相结合的过程,是一个不断反思、反馈和调整的过程。教育者只有在实践中善于驾驭"行动"并在"行动"中进行"研究",才能发现问题、分析问题并解决问题,进而不断地提高教育教学质量。对于外语教师而言,教育行动研究符合外语教师从事外语教学研究的特点,有益于教师发挥个人潜能,强化反思意识,实现向研究型、专家型教师的转变。因此,教育行动研究对于促进外语教师专业化可持续发展,推进外语教学改革有着特殊的意义。

Towards Educational Action Research and Foreign Language Teacher Professional Development
Abstract:Educational action research is based upon the application of action research. It is a process of integration of "action" and "research" and a process of self-reflection, feedback and adjustment. Only when educators in their teaching practice are good at finding problems, analyzing them and solving them, can they improve their teaching quality. Regarding foreign language teachers, educational action research fits in with the characteristics of teaching and research of foreign languages, helps them develop potential ability, reinforce awareness of self-reflection and become teacher-researchers. So foreign language teachers carrying out educational action research will push forward their professional development, and deepen the reform of the college foreign language teaching.
