| 摘 要： | 转型发展是我国研究生教育近年来的一项重要改革措施,也是我国专业学位教育发展所面临的一次重大发展机遇.研究生教育的转型发展主要包括培养人才类型结构的转变、教育理念和教育模式的转变、教育体制转变、教育机制的转变等四个方面.顺应转型发展的要求,我国法律硕士教育应当积极应对挑战,牢固确立实践性与职业化教育的理念、创新教育和优化教育的理念、特色教育和精英教育的理念.

| Abstract: | In recent years,transformation development has been an important innovation of graduate education in our country,and it is also a great development opportunity for professional degree education.Transformation development of graduate education mainly includes four aspects,the transformation of type structure of professional training,the transformation of education idea and education mode,the transformation of education system,and the transformation of educational mechanism.In order to comply with the requirements of the transformation development,we should response to the challenge actively and innovate the idea of J.M.education.We should firmly establish practical and professional education idea,innovative and optimized educational idea,feature education and elite education idea. |
