| Abstract: | The paper discusses the necessity of setting up a new type physical distribution industry which is of high efficiency and low cost to promote economic development while the third party logistics is at the advanced stage of the development. The paper also analyses the conditions and the competitive environment that the physical distribution industry is confronted, explains the market demands and advantages for the third party logistics and puts forth some countermeasures to actively develop ,optimize and upgrade the said industry. |
