| 摘 要： | 人权概念是西方文明的产物,中国共产党接受人权观念经历了一个曲折的历史过程,也逐步形成了自己的人权理论。我国在人权事业的发展上取得了重要的历史成就,人权进步的理论和现实表现贯穿于中国共产党的执政实践和建设社会主义法制国家的全过程。

| Abstract: | The concept of human rights is the outcome of western civilization. And Chinese Communist Party's acceptance of the ideas on human rights has undergone a winding historical course and it has gradually formed its own theories of human rights. China has made great historical achievements in the development of its human rights career. The progressive theories and practical manifestation of Chinese human rights have run through the whole process of the ruling practice and constructing socialist legal country. |
