| 摘 要： | 在人的素质结构中,人格起着近乎决定性的作用。人格是人的心理面貌的集中反映,人格素质是大学生综合素质的重要组成部分。加强人格教育,引导大学生不断塑造和提升自己的人格素质,使其懂得怎样充实与发展自我,完善个性,健全人格,这既是时代的呼唤,也是大学生成才的内在要求。

| Abstract: | As for the composition of human qualities, it is fairly safe to say that personality plays a dominant role because it is the embodiment of human psychology. Thus, personality quality is one important element of the college-student's integrated qualities. Therefore, the improvement of the personality education and the fostering of the college student's healthy personality should be a historic mission and the intrinsic requirement for their healthy development. |
