| 摘 要： | 第二次世界大战结束后,世界范围内出现了数以千万计的难民。为了满足冷战需求,诋毁社会主义国家形象,显示资本主义制度的"优越性",大量接收来自社会主义国家的难民成为美国在这一时期的首要选择。从1948年第一部难民法的出台,到20世纪50年代颁布的一系列难民法案,无不建立在美国强烈的反共意识形态基础之上。由此不难看出,难民政策与美国的对外强权战略一致并为其服务的。

| Abstract: | After the end of the World War Ⅱ,There have been tens of thousands of refugees in the Worldwide.In order to meet the needs of the Cold War,Defame the image of the Socialist countries and Show the "superiority" of the Capitalist System.It Became the first choice for The United States to receive a large numbers of refugees from The Socialist Countries in this period.From the Introduction of the first law in 1948 to the Promulgation of a series of Refugee Act in The fifties.All these were based on the strong anti-Communist ideology.So it’s easy to see that United State’s Refugee Policies were consistent with the U.S.Foreign power strategy and serve for it. |
