On the Unemployment Control of China

Under the present circumstances of China when urban unemployment becomes prominent due to the increasing number of laid-offs, one of the important tasks for the macro control and social, economic operation of our government is to make an investigation of the conditions of employment mechanisms so as to keep unemployment rate under control with an increase of employment rate. From the point of view of combining theory with practice, an analysis of the relationship between employment rate and economic growth rate needs to be done in accordance with the overall practical experience of employment in China in recent years.
