| 摘 要： | 在已有的高校财务绩效评价指标集的基础上 ,利用模糊 (以下简写为F)数学中F综合评判的思想 ,建立高校财务绩效标准、构造高校财务绩效F评判模型、对高校财务绩效进行F综合评判 ,是一种新的高校财务绩效评价方法。分析表明 ,建立这种评判模型既可对高校财务绩效进行单因素、综合及排序分析 ,又有利于对高校财务进行规范化、标准化管理。

| Abstract: | The purpose of setting up scientific, reasonable, feasible, overall evaluating index system and evaluating method of university financial performance is to instruct university financial administration to move towards a benign cycle. Based on the evaluating index set of university financial performance that has been worked out, it is a new evaluating method to use the idea of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in fuzzy mathematics to create financial performance criterion of university, construct fuzzy judging model of university financial performance, and do fuzzy synthetical evaluation on university financial performance. The analysis shows that building this kind of evaluating model can not only make single factor, synthesis and sort analysis on university financial performance, but also be in favour of the standardization of university financal administration. |
