| 摘 要： | 通过对创业投资在选项、投资和退出 3个阶段的风险成因分析 ,指出每个阶段存在着不同来源和不同程度的风险。由此 ,主张对不同时期出现的风险 ,创业投资主体应根据风险成因 ,实施重点控制并采取有效对策 ;同时 ,对风险进行全过程管理 ,实施投资风险共担、分轮次投资以及适度集中投资领域 ,采取“领投”与“跟投”技术等应对策略 ,从而起到降低、化解和防范创业投资风险的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper lists the main risks and analyses how the risks form in the process of the venture investment which can be divided into three stages: selection of target, investment and withdrawal. It points out that the investors should pay more attention to the key risks in every stage, and adopt the relevant strategies to avoid and reduce these risks. Meanwhile they should carry out the risk management in the whole process of venture investment, and take the measures such as combination of investment, mechanism of timely assessment, risk transfer and so on. |
