| 摘 要： | 为探索创新型研究人才的培养模式,从20世纪80年代开始,国内很多高校创办了符合自己办学特色的实验班,积累了丰富的实践经验。北航经管学院吸取已有实验班的优点,同时尽力克服他们已有的问题,结合自身发展优势,为创办实验班进行了各种条件建设,创办了本科人才培养创新实验班,从培养目标、生源选择与培养模式、办学模式等方面提出了实验班的建设思路。 |
