城市农民工就业排斥问题探析

本文通过对长沙市农民工就业状况的实证研究发现,农民工在就业中遭受多重排斥,即:起点排斥,过程排斥,结果排斥。研究表明农民工社会资本的拥有量和他们在就业中所遭受到的排斥存在显著相关性。笔者认为为农民工建立顺畅的城市网络融入机制,提供完备的就业信息服务网络,引导农民工的继续社会化是解决这一问题的关键。

An Investigation on the Employment Exclusive of Peasant-Workers in the City

This paper analyses the employment conditions of migrate workers in the city of Changsha from the perspective of empirical study. The state of employment conditions of migrate workers is in a position of "margin" which can be shown in such three aspects as starting point exclusion, process exclusion and result exclusion. Many researches indicate that how much social capital owned by migrate workers has something to do with the extent of exclusion to which migrate workers has suffered in their employment. The key to deal with this problem is to establish a favorable acceptance in city, provide them with perfect net webs of information about employment and conduct the continuous socialization of migrate workers.
