农村劳动力流出对农业劳动力老龄化影响探究

本文通过利用对湖南五个乡村2008—2010年连续跟踪的调查数据,分析和测定了湖南农村劳动力流出对其农业劳动力老龄化影响程度。同时,根据国家统计局人口和就业统计司2001-2009年的调查数据和2010年中国农村统计年鉴相关数据,实证分析了农村劳动力流出对农业劳动力老龄化影响。结果表明,农村劳动力流出是影响农业劳动力老龄化的一个重要因素,农村劳动力流出每增长1%,农业劳动力老龄化就会上升0.067%,农村劳动力流出增加会加剧农业劳动力老龄化。因此,政府应采取积极措施,改善目前农村劳动力流出方式。

An Inquiry of Rural Labor Force Outflow on the Aging's Effects of Agricultural Labor Force

This paper analyzes and measures the aging effects of Hunan rural labor outflow on agricultural labor force by using continuous tracking survey data of three villages in Hunan from 2008 to 2010.Meanwhile,according to the National Bureau of Statistics Population and Employment Statistics Division of survey data from 2001 to 2009 and the 2010 China Rural Statistical Yearbooks data,we have an empirical analysis on rural labor outflow for aging affects of agricultural labor force.The results show that rural labor outflow is an important factor to affect the aging of agricultural labor force,every 1% increasing of the rural labor force outflow,the 0.067% increasing of the aging of the agricultural labor force,and the outflow increasing of rural labor force will intensify the aging of the agricultural labor force.Therefore,the government should take active measures to improve the way of rural labor outflow.
