中国城镇化模式研究综述

城市化是未来推动经济增长的主导力量。西方经济学关于城市演进的理论上主要有分工演进、推—拉作用和集聚经济理论。众多学者在这三个主要理论指导下,着重以"经济增长"为目标来探讨我国的城镇化模式,并关注于城市规模效应和城市体系建设。但这些研究还缺乏系统的理论指导,城市发展的目标也太过于强调经济增长,未深入探讨以全体居民的福利改进为目标的城镇化可行性路径。

An Overview on the Study of China's Way to Urbanization

Urbanization is the next dominant force in driving economic growth.There are the theory of Labor division,Push-pull theory and Agglomeration economies theory on the Western economic theory.Under the guidance of the three main theories,many scholars emphasis on "economic growth" as the target of China’s urbanization patterns,and focus on the urban scale and urban system.However,these studies lack theoretical guidance,and emphasize the urban development aimed to economic growth,so didn’t discuss the way to urbanization to improve the welfare of all residents.
