社会主义政治文明视野中的政府制度伦理

社会主义政治文明,最根本的就在于政府的制度供给与制度安排是否高度民主,是否充分体现人民的意志,是否建立了完善的民主政治机制和规范的运行机制。但是,一定的制度和法律并不是人的物质生产活动的自然结果,而是必须经过受一定的生产力状况所制约的人的伦理精神的观照。如此,我们有必要对社会主义政治文明与政府制度伦理予以解读与厘清。

Essentially speaking,socialism political civilization lies in whether the government's system supply and system arrangement are highly democratic,whether people's wills are reflected,and whether an improved democratic politics mechanism and a standardized operational mechanism are built.However,certain systems and laws are not the natural results of people's material production;it is conditioned by people's ethics under certain productive forces.Therefore,the socialism political civilization and the ethics of government system should be interpreted and differentiated.
