高职生自制力的现状调查及培养对策

本文利用自我控制能力量表和生命意义感量表对高职院校学生进行了调查。结果表明，高职院校学生自我控制能力得分比较低，同时还发现学生自我控制能力高低和生命意义感水平强弱存在重要的正相关。为了提高高职生的自我控制能力水平，应该在思想上高度重视高职学生自我控制能力的培养工作，在行动上通过多种方式开展丰富的教育活动，包括增强生命意义感的教育活动。

Investigation and Cultivation on Self-Control Ability of Higher Vocational Students

This article investigates self-control ability and meaning in life of the students of higher vocational colleges by using the Self- control Scale （simplified version） and the Meaning in Life Scale （Revised Edition） .It finds that the self-control ability score is low. It also finds that there is positive correlation between the self-control ability and the meaning in life. The vocational colleges should attach great importance to cultivation of self-control ability, carry out various activities, and strengthen cultivation of meaning in life.
