论民营企业和谐劳动关系的构建

摘    要:民营企业和谐劳动关系是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基础和题中之义。当前民营企业的发展规模不断壮大,已成为劳动力市场解决就业问题的一个重要抓手,但劳动关系的调整机制并不健全,劳动争议案件频发,企业与员工间劳动关系矛盾时有激化。本文探究了民营企业劳动关系所凸显的矛盾与困境,提出从转变观念、强化立法、深化改革、优化梯队几个方面构建民营企业和谐劳动关系的路径选择,动员政府、企业和人民群众各方面力量,共同防范和化解纠纷,以期达到利益共赢,促进企业的平稳快速发展,形成社会主义和谐社会的良好局面。

Abstract:Harmonious labor relations in private enterprise are the foundation and reappearance for building a harmonious socialist society. At present, with the growing scale, private enterprise has become the important component to tackle the problem of employment in labor market. However, due to unsound adjustment mechanism, the labor disputes take place frequently and sometimes the contradictions between enterprise and employee are intensified. This paper, exploring the outstanding contradictions and difficulties, puts forward choices such as eoneeption transiting, legislation strengthening, reform deepening and structure optimizing. Mobilizing the forces of government, enterprise and people strives for jointly preventing and easing contradictions in order to achieve winwin, push the stable and rapid development and constructing the harmonious socialist society.
