| 摘 要： | 近三年来,西昌师专非常重视师资队伍建设工作,根据民族地区的特点,开拓进取,强化师资管理,努力提高教师教育教学水平和科研能力。师资队伍建设工作成绩显著,有效地推动了学校的教育创新和教学改革。本文总结了近年来加强师资队伍建设取得的成绩和所采取的措施,分析了师资队伍建设工作的特色和存在的问题,提出了实现师资队伍建设工作跨越式发展的对策。

| Abstract: | In the past three years, the teachers training in Xichang Teachers College has been attached importance to by the authoritative persons. The levels of the teachers' abilities in teaching, educating and science research has also developed greatly. This paper analyzes the educational characteristics in minority nationality area and points out the existing problems, meanwhile gives some constructive measurements. |
