| 摘 要： | 通过对财务风险涵义与特征的理性认识,剖析了财务风险的成因,提出防范和控制财务风险的对策:(1)提高企业的适应能力和应变能力;(2)提高财务人员的风险意识和素质;(3)实现企业财务管理中责、权、利的统一;(4)建立健全有效的财务风险控制机制;(5)采用合理的财务风险管理方法,将财务风险降到最低。

| Abstract: | Based on the rational understanding of its meaning and characteristics, the cause of financial risk is analyzed, and the countermeasures of its prevention and control are proposed as follows. (1) Improve the enterprise' adaptability and the ability to meet emergencies. (2) Enhance financial personnel's risk awareness and quality. (3) Realize the integration among responsibility, power and profit. (4) Set up a perfect and efficient control mechanism of financial risk. (5) Adopt rational methods of financial risk management to decline financial risk to the lowest level. |
