摘    要:
对高校科研团队隐性知识的管理具有重要的社会意义.在分析高校科研团队隐性知识管理的必要性、高校科研团队隐性知识的形态特征、科研团队隐性知识管理的核心内容的基础上,提出了团队互动、相互信任、交往学习和团队动态构成的管理措施和策略,并提出我国高校应加强对科研团队隐性知识管理的理解与应用.

Abstract:
The tacit knowledge management of the scientific research team in universities possesses great social significance. Based on an analysis of the necessity, the morphological characteristics and the core content of the tacit knowledge management of the scientific research team in universities,this thesis intends to propose the effective management measures and tactics of intercommunion, inter trust, intercourse learning and dynamic composition of the scientific research team. It further tries to point out that a better understanding and application of tacit knowledge management of scientific research team must be reinforced in our universities and colleges.
