工业化对解决“三农”问题具有最根本的驱动作用,城市化是工业化的空间存在形式,工业化、城市化必然要求非农化,农业产业化实质上还是工业化改造传统落后农业的问题。本文建议用工业化、城市化、农业产业化等来解决“三农”问题。

The cause of falling from power of CPSU is that CPSU, the representative of the people's interest, has become a group of bigwigs, who seek personal interest at the great expense of the broad people's interest. From the Whole course of obtaining interest, we can see that in order to really represent most broad people's interest, the communist party must set up the system of interest's expression, the system of political participation and the system of supervision and restriction. Essentially, only reforming the political system of highly centralized power and changing the highly centralized leading of the party can the communist party become the faithful representative of the people s interest.
