| 摘 要： | 资源战略型产业的发展不仅具有明显的政治意义和经济收益 ,并且其隐性利润也将在经济的持续发展中产生巨大的推动作用。同时 ,资源引出、引入国之间的交流与合作 ,可以克服经济增长中的资源瓶颈 ,维持经济可持续发展。随着经济全球性合作的不断增多 ,我国可通过政策调整充分利用境外资源 ,保持国家的经济持续性发展

| Abstract: | The development of the strategic industry of resource has not only political meaning and economic income, but also its recessive profit will be helpful to economic sustainable development. Through exchange and cooperation of resource between various countries, it can overcome bottleneck of the resource in the economic growth, maintain economic sustainable development. With the increasing of global economic cooperation, China can fully utilize external resource, keep the economy of the country developing constantly. |
