Good interpersonal relationships are essential for college students to gain the latest information,to renew their ideologies,to change themselves from natural persons into community people,to make achievements in their work,to develop and perfect themselves comprehensively,and to adjust their emotions and keep themselves mentally healthy.In interpersonal relationships,college students should do the following things: making friends with different people,not expecting too much of themselves and others,treating the weak kindly,being neither haughty nor humble to the power,enlarging others' merits and neglecting their shortcomings,respecting the personality of others,treating their own moods,caring for others,building mutual trust,paying attention to self-images,understanding the talking targets' psychology well,rejecting the concept of instant success,overcoming the ideology of income and expenditure balance,participating in collective activities actively,and fostering the spirit of unity and cooperation.
