| 摘 要： | 证人出庭作证,是控辩式庭审模式的必然要求,而警察证人是证人的一种,警察出庭作证对于推进证人出庭作证起到至关重要的作用。然而在我国,警察极少以证人身份出庭作证。其实,警察出庭作证有其必要性。但是,由于警察证人毕竟是一种特殊的证人,这就决定了警察出庭作证制度与普通证人作证制度有一定的差异。

| Abstract: | A witness is needed in a court in the accusatorial-adversary procedure.Police witness is a kind of witness.Police testimony is an important step for promoting the perfection of system of appearing in court as a witness.However,in our country,police seldom appear in court as a witness.In fact,it is necessary for police to testify before the court.As police witness is a special kind of witnesses,sometimes it is different from the common witness. |
