| 摘 要： | 社区矫正是与监禁刑相对的行刑方式.目前,我国逐步在推行社区矫正制度.但是,由于诸多原因阻碍了社区矫正的全面推行.修改《刑法》、《刑事诉讼法》的相关内容,结合我国社区矫正制度试点地区的经验,借鉴国外的先进做法,创制一部统一的《社区矫正法》,以解决目前我国社区矫正工作存在的问题,推动社区矫正制度的全面发展.

| Abstract: | Currently,our country has gradually adopted the community correction system.But,to ensure the all-round implementation of this system,it is imperative to settle some existing problems.Based on the experience of experimental regions,we should learn from the advanced practices of other countries in this regard,amend the related parts in the Criminal Law and in the Criminal Procedure Law,and enact a unified correction law,so as to promote the all-round development of our community correction system and the establishment of our harmonious socialist society. |
