基于博弈理论的农民专业合作经济组织问题分析

农民专业合作经济组织是农产品供应链体系管理的基础环节和重要保证。“农户+农民专业合作经济组织+公司”模式已成为农业产业化经营中重要的组织形式。通过完全静态信息博弈分析和对农村的实证研究，证明该模式能够降低交易成本和提高产权效率，应成为博弈主体间的理性选择。但同时农民专业合作经济组织发展存在现实困境，因此需要采取包括加大博弈主体认知程度、强化对博弈主体的监督和支持力度、建立以产权为基础的三方利益联结机制、建立以保障农民利益为基础的农产品供应链体系等措施来保障农民专业合作经济组织的健康发展。
