引导大学生树立科学就业价值观的路径

摘    要:大学生就业价值观直接决定着大学生对就业目的与意义的认识,以及具体实践过程中对就业相关事务的评价与选择。当前大学生就业价值观存在着“个性需求与从众心理并存、在就业与择业的优先性选择上举棋不定、岗位选择过程中的非理性以及个人功利追求突出”等问题,客观上要求在发挥大学生主体自我学习和发展的能动性基础上,提高高校就业价值观教育和引导工作的实效,并发挥政府和社会力量的作用和功能,形成合力,以社会主义核心价值观为引领,引导大学生群体树立科学合理的就业价值观。

Abstract:The values of college students' employment directly determine the understanding of the purpose and significance of the college students' employment,and determine the evaluation and selection of the employment related affairs in the concrete practice.At present,there are some problems of the values of college students' employment,such as "the individual needs and group psychology coexisting,being hesitant in given priority for job placement and choosing a career,non rationality in the process of post selection and highlighting the pursuit of personal utility" and so on. Objectively it requires improving the value orientation of college employment education and guiding the effectiveness of the work,and playing the role and function of the state and social forces,on the basis of the initiative of college students' self learning and development to form a joint force,taking the socialist core values as the leading to guide college students to establish a scientific and rational employment value orientation.
