| 摘 要： | 有周一代，因循并发展了殷商的“外服”、“内服”的爵制系统，并创制了“封爵”和“官爵”——“外爵”、“内爵”两大体系。其中，外爵制中的公爵爵位仅授于封侯中身份特殊的尊者，是带有荣誉性质的封爵。它很好地解决了天子与殷旧王子、天子与诸侯，诸侯与诸侯、诸侯与属臣之间的礼法问题。
