| Abstract: | The practice of BOT encounters some problems like inadequate legal system, imperfect management system and irregular function mechanism. To solve these problems, the government should support the development of the BOT, create favorable policy environment, institute a risk prevention mechanism for BOT, regulate the management and improve legal system, encourage domestic investors to participate in BOT, train the BOT professionals actively, extend the BOT investment fields and so on. |
