| 摘 要： | 高校管理权威是在高等学校的教学、科研、管理过程中,职能部门或相应岗位的管理者在高校现有的规章制度基础上所拥有的岗位权力和管理威望的有机整合,是以刚性的规则和柔性的影响力使教职工在思想和行为上自觉遵从的支配力量。它拥有合法性的制度平台,外化于职能组织的管理之中,内化为管理对象的人格化认知,以理性的制度化手段促进管理公平,并只在一定的职能范围内起作用。我们要合理塑造高校管理权威,防止权威的异化现象。

| Abstract: | The management authority in universities is an integration of postal powers and management prestige which are formed in the teaching,R&D,management activities by those managers who hold functional organs or related posts under present stipulations and rules in universities.It affects the staff's behavior and thoughts through strict rules as well as flexible influence.The authority in external is shown in the management of functional organs and internally shown in a personalized recognition of the managed with legal platform of systems.It only functions in certain scopes with rational systematic measures to grant management justice.We have to build reasonable management authority in universities with a prevention of its alienation. |
