| Abstract: | The significance of developing China's western area and particularly the importance of industrializing the western area to the development of this area is analyzed.The experience and lessons of industrial development in this area are summed up. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of industrial development in this area,the focus is put on the strategic considerations for industrialization in the westem area. |
