| 摘 要： | 传统国有产权制度造成投资的预期收益率低 ,投资风险过大且风险与收益的不对称 ,利润向投资的转化难 ,从而缺乏投资需求不断扩大的动力 ,个人主体难以成为真正的投资者等。这是导致我国投资需求不足的深层原因。我国要与WTO接轨 ,刺激中国的投资需求 ,最根本的措施是进行国有产权制度改革 ,建立社会主义公有产权制度。

| Abstract: | The main reason leading to the insufficient investment demandand slowing in economic increase is the traditional state owned property right system. This causes the problem of low investment returns and great investment risks. In order to invigorate the investment demand in China, the fundamental measure should be the reform of property right system, found common possession property right system of socilism,is good of our country entrances WTO for competition. |
