| 摘 要： | 一国固有的价值规范对社会经济系统及其运行效率的影响和约束,只有与特定的政治和经济体制相结合才会产生。只有在特定的政治经济体制之下,才能就价值规范对经济发展的约束是有利抑或不利作出评判。
