| 摘 要： | 地下资本流动是开放经济中的一个重要问题。通过不同的方法进行估算,可以发现这一问题对于我国而言,已经不容忽视。地下资本流动干扰了基础货币投放,破坏了金融秩序,放大了金融风险,也助长了腐败行为,必须有针对性的加强管理和引导。

| Abstract: | Underground capital flow is an important issue in the open economy.Through estimating by different means,we can find that it has been an urgent problem in China.The illegal capital flow has interfered with the basic money supply,destroyed the financial order,increased the financial risk and encouraged corruption,so it must be managed and guided accordingly. |
